When adding your hot tub chemicals to your hot tub you want to make sure that you read the directions carefully so you don’t add too much. They will guide you on how to check the chemicals in your hot tub and what to do if you need to add more. There is a strip that you will have to dip into the water that will tell you what you need to know. If you do not have these strips you can go to a local hot tub store and they will explain how to use them and guide you on how often to check your water with them.

Are There Safer Ways – Other Than Chemicals.

There are other ways but it still is a chemical, just not very harmful. One it is your basic salt water {Sodium}. It will help keep bacteria from forming but it does take more maintenance. The best choice is to use is bromine because it does not have a scent to it, so you do not have the chlorine smell.
